GEOMETRY / size guide

The frame comes in four different sizes called H1 (smallest) to H4 (largest).
The geometry numbers are designed around speed and stability with generous reach, slack head angle, long wheelbase while still keeping the bike active and reactive.

A steep effective seat tube (approx. 78°) provides a good pedalling position and comfortable effective top tube length. Chainstay length remains reasonably short so when combined with the rearward axle path helps to keep the rear centre length in check.

The ample reach gives the rider plenty of room in the attack position. By swapping the upper headset cup it is also possible to adjust the head angle from 64° down to 63.2°. The seatstay based flip chip allows the bike to be used as a Mullet setup whilst maintaining its geometry as much as possible as the main angles remain unchanged.

The suspension kinematic design breaks away from the architecture of our previous bikes by using a mid-high pivot design and concentric rear pivot.

The high pivot creates a rearward axle path which, on a long travel bike, provides better bump absorption and increases traction giving that “magic carpet” feel. Using a chain idler pulley counteracts any increased pedal kickback, the major drawback of a high pivot design, and allows us to fine tune the anti-squat characteristics.

The rear axle path isn’t rearward throughout the full 160mm of travel like you might find on higher pivot bikes, this gives less variation of the rear centre length keeping the bike geometry balanced. A linear leverage curve provides 26% of progression making the bike suitable for use with coil or air shocks.
